The task is like going uphill…the climb is a wee bit
tedious. This week has begun well and I have been exercising and been good with
food till now…
A tiny slip up happened. Neighbour is celebrating her son’s
first birthday. She came with a box full of laddoos and samosa. The weak me
could battle any longer. The stress took over and the laddoo was demolished. RR
is going to be furious. I ate it because I knew if not now the laddoo would
have pulled me to it, may be in the middle of the night.
I should not have done it but I am human. Will double my
workup tom for this. For some odd reason I am not feeling bad. Donno if this is
good or bad!
Of course you are human, which mean there will be cravings propping up. Its about the control and if you have 100% control( Which 99% wont have), then you must be a fitness maniac. Who wants a maniac anyways? We want a healthy and a happy you. You now know the science of foods and I believe you know how to practice portion. Slip up once in a while is OK, while feeling guilty about it later is just NOT OK!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am glad u relished it. . . May be this will pep u for the next two weeks :-) . Falling is not important, how you get up after you have fallen is what makes the difference!!
